He sleeps soundly
the daylight he curses
it's night he craves
so he can arise and feed his tastes
The night has come
and the coffin lid raises
slowly he comes to his feet
he smiles, showing his sharp teeth
It's the night air that pleases him
and it is time to leave the castle
the city awaits, time to feed the hunger
even while the city begins to slumber
Quickly he finds his first meal of the night
he seems to be young and healthy
stalking silently he waits for the right time
and he says to himself, "soon you will be mine"
The moment has arrived
the child of darkness pounces on his prey
his teeth sunk deep within the man's neck
for him, now has come the onslaught of the undead
Quickly the blood rushes out
he drinks it down to sustain his life
but why does he do this every night
why must someone be cursed to live this life
later that night a young lady walks alone
her beauty is un-paralleled, she truly is perfection
she appears to have everything in this life
yet she looks so sad, as if her life is full of strife
The spell has been cast, he has been enthraled
his heart is racing, beating wildly with the sight of her
he makes his move, but he wants to get to know her
all he can think about is holding her, he moves to her 5 miles per
He walks up to her and introduces himself
she begins to smile as he kisses her hand
she bats her eyes , the infatuation seems mutual
quickly they kiss, this isn't usual
His breath has been taken, his heart is racing
this angel that has come out of nowhere, has tamed his savage heart
but she reaches in her dress for something, it's no mistake
but it's now clear, she stabbed him in the heart with a stake
it happened so suddenly, and without warning
his angel of life, turned out to be a messenger of death
she's really a slayer, his bubble of happiness has bust
as he dies, and his body turns to dust
The legacy of nosfuratu will forever live
the children of the night, the vampires will forever live
to destroy one does not amount to much
cause there are many more, maybe even riding on your bus
