I have just signed the longest contract of my career. They say it's not a job but a commitment. It's very true. I am now active in the US Army. I am a soldier. I am 39 years old and on my way to Basic Combat Training for the first time. I'm pretty fit more my age, but of course it will still be a major challenge physically, mentally and emotionally. It's a challenge that will definitely change me. Let's hope it will make me a better, stronger person on many different levels.
