| Old News Archives Update 7/02 We have finished our Live Album!! It will be called "Live@Room710" (Austin, TX/) It has been mixed and mastered by "Advandced Sound Systems." They do recordings for many Austin venues, and we are very happy with the results. We highly recommend them and their studio. The recording itself has 10 songs with absolutely no overdubs or effects added. It is as raw as it gets on any live recording. We will have a cd release party coming up soon at one of our favorite Ausitn venues. Update 6/02 We have been extremely busy lately! We continue to play all over Austin, and continue to expand our fanbase one club at a time. We are now focusing our attention on a full length album. We will be recording a"Live" show @ Room710 on June 20th in Austin, TX. Update (3/02) What's up all?! We have our song "Rebel" posted on Mp3.com!! Please click on the music link to download! So Explore should be up soon. Hopefully, we can get klbj or 101x to spin one of these tunes. If you want a cd, just email the band! We are in the middle of a break, but we will have shows posted soon for April and May, and the rest of the summer @ the backroom, red-eyed fly, flamingo cantina, momo's and room710. We should be adding studio shots, and more live shots soon to the picture section. Update (2/02) Okay..we have finally booked studio time!! We are scheduled to record on March 3rd. Set to release a 2 sided single. We are going to release "So Explore", as the single, and "Rebel" as the b-side. We are very excited, and are finally glad we can have something to give to our friends, the radio stations, and clubs. Please check out our new Live Shots sections!!! Update (12/01) We recently changed our name from cronus to "Mollusk." Please remember Cronus=Mollusk!! We have been playing shows at "the backroom" in Austin, TX sincel 12/19/01. The sound is incredible, and the staff is so cool!! We are currently lining up a tour for 2002, please look out for more texas showdates!! |
