A wonderful place to enjoy the tropical breezes all year long.
The large balcony has an excellent view of the entire front side of the property, and is large enough to hold various lounge and rocking chairs, or any other furniture you may want to accomodate there.
We often move the TV there in the evenings to watch our favorite programs.
Believe it or not, it actually gets chilly out here in the winter months..
