Draft The order of the draft will be determined by lottery on March 8, 2003. The draft will be online and consist of 21 rounds in a snake fashion (if you pick 1st in rd 1, you pick last in rd 2). It will be online on Sunday, March 16th. You will be allowed to trade draft picks, but only by agreeing to trade draft picks beforehand and then both people being present to draft for the other person during the live draft. You will also need to trade the same number of picks. For example if I trade you my 1st pick for your 2nd and 3rd, then I must throw in my last pick. Since I only set one draft order for the entire draft, not individual rounds, I would draft the player you wanted the 1st round and you would take who I tell you to in rds 2 and 3, then we would trade them after the draft. You can also trade in the middle of the draft in a similar fashion. 6. Trades Trade will have to pass a process where formal protest are viewed by the yahoo commissioner. As per yahoo premium league rules, any trade can be protested by a person who thinks it is onesided, or done to make one team stronger so they can compete with the other teams. WE have had problems with this in the past, so please do all trades in the spirit of improving your own team. If there is obvious collusion, the commissioner will have to act and will put a vote to the league for alternatives. The league majority will rule with the commissioner having 3 votes, everyone else one vote. 7. Uncuttable players- Players that cant be cut are on a list kept by the yahoo premium league site. 8. Chat sessions- I will try to set up chat sessions where we can all meet and shoot the shit or discuss league issues or offer trades to each other a couple of times a month if people are interested. The official communication will be through yahoo IM. |
