Vision - 8/6/98
	I called upon all of my guidess.  We sat together for a while, then a large glowing arch appeared before me to the West.  I walked towards it and found myself to be naked in my spirit body.  There was a keeper at this gate that I didn't notice until I was able to focus fully in my spirit body.  This keeper smiled and opened the gate as soon as I was able to focus.  When I stepped through, I saw two great whirlpools or vortexes, with their tips together.   At the center, where the two tips came together, there was a bright light.  The vortex kept changing the direction of it's swirling motion.  First it would swirl or flow up, then down.  They would contract with the motion down and then expand on the motion up. I walked closer and could hear a sound like a great wind.  As I got closer, I could see that this was the "Tree of Life".  The color of the top was a kind of purple and the color of the bottom was kind of green.  I saw the center as a bright white light.  The Tree told me to hug it, to embrace it.  When I did, I felt the power running through it.  I was shown that the Below contained much that scared many that follow the larger organized religions.  It contained the dark side, shadow side, passion.  I was shown that I must use this power as well as the power from Above, which is the light side, or the vortexes freeze in position and the tree ceases to be living. The tree told me that, in time, I would be able to step inside of it.  It would not feel solid.  The tree asked me if I was afraid.  I said, "A little, but I know this is what I'm supposed to do."  The tree shined brighter and told me to claim my birthright.  I understood this is why I had been born. The tree asked me what kind of tree it reminded me of.  I said I saw it as an Oak.  I was told to plant an Oak in the East of my Sacred Space.
