IT IS EACH OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO
TURN IN HIS FRANCHISE FEE BY DRAFT DAY
IF A FRANCHISE HAS MORE THEN ONE OWNER,
WORK TOGETHER TO COLLECT YOUR FEE BEFORE
TURNING IT IN. ( DO NOT GIVE ONLY YOUR PORTION)

TOTAL POINTS LEADER AFTER WEEK 14 $70
ALL TRANSACTION FEE`S THAT WILL BE COLLECTED,
WILL BE DIVIDED BY THE 13 WEEKS WE PLAY AND
GIVEN BACK TO THE TEAM WITH THE HIGHEST POINT
TOTAL EACH WEEK...THIS MONEY WILL BE
GIVEN OUT AFTER THE CONCLUSION
OF THE REGULAR SEASON
THE DRAFT
IF A OWNER IS LATE FOR DRAFT, AND HIS TURN IS UP TO PICK,
HE WILL LOSE HIS SPOT FOR THAT ROUND AND WILL DRAFT LAST
(THE 12th & 13TH ) PICK AND IF THE OWNER IS STILL NOT PRESENT
PLAYERS WILL BE PICKED FOR HIM OFF A TOP 200 DRAFT LIST
IN WHICH CASE THE BEST TWO PLAYERS LEFT WILL BE PLACED
ON HIS ROSTER...
( THIS IS THE FAIREST THING WE COULD COME UP WITH)
EACH TEAM WILL DRAFT IN ITS PREDETERMINED ORDER
(SEE DRAFT ORDER) UNLESS A TRADE HAS BEEN MADE

A PLAYER OR PLAYERS MAY BE TRADED AMONG TEAMS

IT WAS AGREED THAT NO ONE CAN TRADE ONE PLAYER FOR MORE THEN

EACH TEAM WILL GET TO PLAY EACH TEAM
AT LEAST ONCE
PLAYOFFS
PLAYOFFS WILL START ON WEEK 14
SIX TEAMS WILL MAKE THE PLAYOFFS
*THE WINNER OF EACH DIVISION*
*THEN THE NEXT FOUR TEAMS
WITH THE BEST RECORDS (WILD CARD)*
FOR A TOTAL OF SIX PLAYOFF TEAMS
THE PLAYOFF FORMAT WILL GO LIKE THIS:
WEEK 14
THE TWO DIVISION WINNERS GET A BYE,
THE TEAM THAT FINISHED 3rd WILL PLAY
THE TEAM THAT FINISHED 6th
THE TEAM THAT FINISHED 4th WILL PLAY
THE TEAM THAT FINISHED 5th
WEEK 15
THE DIVISION WINNER WITH THE BEST RECORD WILL PLAY THE WILD
CARD TEAM WITH THE WORST RECORD.
THE SECOND DIVISION WINNER WILL PLAY THE WILD CARD TEAM
WITH THE BEST RECORD.

IN CASE OF TWO OR MORE TEAMS ARE TIED WITH THE SAME RECORD AT THE END OF THE REGULAR SEASON, THE FOLLOWING TIE BREAKERS HAVE BEEN AGREED UPON:
1: HEAD TO HEAD
2: TOTAL FANTASY POINTS
3:
TIE BREAKERS FOR PLAYOFF GAMES
HIGHEST SCORING NON-STARTER
SECOND HIGHEST NON-STARTER
ETC.
