| Not the name we would have chosen - but who could pass up this beauty? Harley is a Shadowhill's Air Force One ROM/ROMC and AM/CAN CH Meridon Covewind Stockbroker granddaughter. A great pedigree, super conformation and a great temperament - what more could we ask for? She'll be a year old in December - and we see great potential as she matures. _______________________________________________ |
| We've been practicing appropriate disguises for the AKC showring. We figure a 'natural' coat enhancer can't be called an artificial substance. With a little more fine tuning we should be able to turn this young lady into an AKC acceptable sable merle. Notice how the mud distracts you from the fact that her coat 'was' over 50% white. <G> Not many people would let you see their dogs in this condition - but darn it what kid doesn't play in the mud at least once? This is that one time and I just had to share the pictures. Check out that movement on the photo below. Oh- and if you want some tips on the application of 'natural substance'... it's actually very easy- mix 2 dogs under 1 year of age, add a monsoon style rainstorm and an uncovered dog run with gravel floor..... mmmm, mmmm - it's sooo easy - and the dogs absolutely love it! |

| Washington weather provides a true challenge at times. A few minutes too many and you just may end up with a dog of a different color. Which then could likely become a whole new color scheme for your bathroom - starting with the tub. |

| Harley has a natural inclination to obedience and agility. Check out the side views of her head - beautiful parallel planes. Angulation is good, nice underjaw and great movement! We are indeed blessed. |
