These two were taking of Roger fishing at Harrington Point, Dunedin.

This is me holding my very first Barracuda at Port Charmers, Dunedin.  Barracudas are beautiful fish, silver with beautiful rainbow colours, and great to fight on the line, however they aren't for eatting !  as they are apparently poisonous!   Its a  great thrill to fight a *Cuda*  as they really thrash about, and  your fingers when trying to get your jig back, as they are fairly verocious fish with REAL sharp teeth!    In  one day  we caught and released live over 25 barracudas, and lost twice as many before we could land them.      This was quite an experience for Roger because he'd never seen barracudas before! It was alot of fun just watching the smile on his face   :o)

Heres one of Roger and I together holding live Barracuda before  they are thrown back into the  water.
