This one started out with me on stage in the Central Auditorium. (The same stage the Clone dream took place on.) I looked out into the audience. They were cheering, clapping, and obviously waiting for someone to do something. I turned to my left-and there was Al! He grinned at me, and ran his hands over his accordion. I looked down at my own hands-and there was my Bob accordion. (It's a junior accordion that I bought at Toys R Us.) I looked back over at Al. He mouthed the word “Twine” at me. I nodded, grinned, and turned to face the audience. We nailed that song. Perfect. No errors. The crowd LOVED us. After that song (the closing one for this concert) we went backstage as the audience trickled out. When they were all gone, Al and I wandered back on the stage and flopped down on the edge, legs dangling over the side. Then we had a nice chat about how nice it was to be on tour together, how tonight’s show rocked, and how cool tomorrow’s was going to be. You know, with all the dreams I have about performing with Al, you'd think I wanted to do that for a living or something...;) Actually, I'd be quite happy performing for a living.
