| Rules |
| 1. all pictures must be emailed in jpeg format, to dreamypnk@aol.com |
| 2. All payments must be recieved by the 20th of the month to be considered for the following months winners. |
| 3. If payments are not recieved but the pictures are emailed, the pictures will be deleted and will not be considered for the contest. |
| 4. All prize will be awarded by letter mail. Each winner will be posted on the dreamie faces web site for one month and will automatically enter the finals for free. |
| 5. If in event there is not enough people to enter the contest, I, dreamie (gina) will change the prizes as I see fit. This is not to ugly, but I have to make sure that I can afford to deliver the prizes. |
| 6. Must have a signed permission slip for all children under 18. This will also give permission for picture use on the website. |
