Step 1: For this tutorial, we will be using a background which you can find the tutorial for here. Thank you Catarific's for allowing me to link back to your tutorial.
When you have completed the tutorial return here to complete the rest of the tutorial. You will have a tile similar to this.

Step 2: Open a new 300 x 300 Image.

Step 4: Click on your airbrush tool and use the following settings:

Step 5: Spray your background lightly with your pattern.

Step 6: Paste your tube you are going to use as a new layer.

Step 7: Use the following inner bevel settings on your tube layer.

Step 8: Layers, New Layer.

Step 9: We are now ready to put our name on the tag. I used Brock Script font size 72.

Step 10. Move your name to where you want it to be.

Step 12. Layers, Merge visible.

Step 13. Image resize to the size you desire. I resized mine 50%. Be sure to sharpen after each resize.

Step 14. We are now going to export our image as a gif image. Pull down file, select Export, Select gif optimizer.

Step 15. The following screen will pop up. Click on use wizard.

Step 16. The following screen will pop up. If you have another color showing in the color box, change it to white. Then click next.

Step 17. On the next screen that comes up, be sure Yes, use web safe colors only is checked.
