1. Open the image provided or one of your choice. If you choose a different image make sure
it has a central focal point and lots of background noise around it. Duplicate the image and close out the original.
2. In the layer palette highlight background, right click and promote to layer, then right
click and duplicate. Place a red X on the top layer and highlight the bottom layer.
3. With the bottom layer highlighted go to Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic Glass.
Use the settings shown below.

4. Now go to your layer palette and highlight the top layer and make sure the red X is gone.
Choose the selection tool and set it on Ellipse, Feather = 0, Antialias checked.
Position your cursor in the center of your focal area and create a selection around it.
It may take a few tries getting this part right. You want a fairly even space left around
the selection.
5. Selection invert. Now hit delete on your keyboard. Select None.
6. With the top layer still highlighted go to Effects > Plugins > EyeCandy 4000 > Bevel Boss.
Apply the settings on the following three screen shots!.

7. You can now even up your image around the edges and make it more aesthetically pleasing in
the event it looks off center. Choose your selection tool and change it to Rectangle.
Create the rectangle around your picture and go to Image, Crop to selection. Select None.
8. Go to Image > Add borders. Make sure symmetric is checked and add a border of 5.
9. Click on your border to select it. Go to Effects > Plugins > Ulead Effects > Art Texture Choose palette 5 and hit ok. On the next screen select the top right border and hit ok.

10. Now your border should be gold. Let's lighten it up a little by going to Colors > Adjust >
Brightness/Contrast. Use the settings below.

11. Select None.
Now add a border of 35. Select it with your magic wand and flood fill it with the color
of your choice. I used #83446f. Select None.
12. Repeat steps 8 - 10.
13. With the last border still selected go to Selections > Invert
Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Cutout and apply the following:

16. Go back to your original ding layer again, duplicate again and
go to Image > flip, Image > mirror.
