The Fisher Files: My Build
I've had interest in the Fisher contest since I was in High School. The contest actually sent out speakers to stir up interest. I remember an assembly for interested kids. Anyway, I took the easy way out and build some plastic kits and customized them for that creative part in me. I won a major contest but I still want to play with the clay. When I was is high school (1959-63) Fisher supplied the tires and so I found some 1/12 scale tires that came from a 1957 Chevy kit.
I've been looking for plasticine (known by other names) on the internet since I don't have an art supply  store in the area. I chose this one mainly because it has a car on it and shipping was cheap. I ordered 10 pounds. There are lots of choices, just Google search on 'platilina clay'

The Project
I think the foward-controled rear-engined Drawing "B" from the 1947 manual is the most challenging, so that's what I'll try. I've got to start sketching.
Note: The upper left silhouette below looks like a Taurus Wagon going backwards.
Any ideas are welcome !
