This is a test for the red. I again used the official Easter egg for the test. It's Duplicolor Chrome covered with Duplicolor MetalCast red. There is no clear coat. Now really , how cool is this color ?

I included this to show the '60 Ford windshield pieced in. This will be filled and you won't see how it done after that.

The trunk needed to be widened a little since the rear is tapered. Of course the cuts are are under the putty.

The roof is finished and the vent-windows will be installed to capture the period look.

Thought I'd throw this picture in for completeness. The pan is made from the  piece removed from the trunk.

The widening can be seen here. The strips are really just a backing and are wider than the cut itself.
