I laid a miniature yard stick on the roof and overlaid the model and the reference to find where the window peak is. It's at the yellow line, so I did some more hacking.

Not again ! Yes, I have to solve the problem with the side window sills and roof STILL !!! But this photo reveals the problem, at least to me.
