Problem/Issues: Demetrius was a no show

Solution: Group discussed team communication model and policies for being late and not showing up.

Problem/Issues: Danenya drops class.

Solution: Danenya’s workload will be split up amongst remaining team members. Courtney will contact Danenya for any work she had completed before dropping the class.

Date: 4/08/04

Problem/Issues: Paneling will weigh too much and alternatives need to be found. As a result, a great deal of time was wasted.

Solution: Eric on Team 2 has a lead on some alternative siding.
