Recognition and Reward Process

           

 

Team members who exceed expectations and exhibit an extra amount of time and effort into any given tasks will be recognized and possibly rewarded at team meetings. It has to be a significant amount of effort for reward. This will be an extrinsic motivator for the team.

 

 

Process:

1.      Each meeting we will determine if any member significantly exceeded the team’s expectations

2.      If any member has exceeded the team’s expectations, they will be treated to lunch by other team members.

3.      All members will be recognized for doing their share just to keep them motivated.

4.      The judging will be fair and objective.

 

 

 

Note: On the other hand, members who are not producing their share of the load will also be recognized at meetings. Team members must ALL participate and make his/her contributions to the efforts of the team.
