"...the Battlefield called PRAYER"

Phil. 4:6-7 -
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving. Present your requests to God. And the peace of God which trancends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (NIV)

A tragic survey of several hundred Christians revealed the average Christian prays approximately 60 seconds per day; the same survey revealed that the average minister prays 90 seconds per day!

Nothing grieves the heart of God more than the neglect of prayer. The responsibility of prayer is the responsibility of every believer. We must not conduct ourselves as the ancient tribes of GAD and REUBEN when the battle broke around them. Because of their laziness and cowardice Moses declared:
"...shall your brethren go to war, and shall ye sit here?" (Numbers 32:6)

Nothing is beyond the rich of prayer, because God Himself is the focus of prayer. Prayer is the simplest act a creature of God can perform. It is divine communion with our Heavenly Father. Prayer does not require advanced education. Knowledge is not a prerequisite to engage in it. Only an act of the will is required to Pray.

Prayer is also man's ultimate indication of trust upon his Heavenly Father.Only in prayer do we surrender our problems completely to God and ask for His divine intervention!

"Even the simplest petition, when offered in faith, opens doors to the miraculous.
God is greatly pleased when we come before His presence ready to ask of Him
those petitions that will honor His name."
