To make full coverage of the telephone lines within the urban areas, a total of 3,015 lines must be provided for the whole province. Industrial establishments in San Manuel, Tarlac City, which is expected to increase by the year 2000, will take the bulk of these expansion programs. Communication facilities are available in land lines and cellular lines. Land line telephone is provided by the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co.. Smart Telephone is also putting up its land lines. Cellular phones are available from Smart, Mobiline, Extelcom, Globe and Islacom. There are two Internet Service Providers, Cyberspace, Inc. and Trellis Communications, Inc On postal and courier services, the newly-privatized Phil. Postal Corp. has an established extensive province-wide services. In addition, 24-hour courier delivery services have already established their branches in the province, serving 94.4% of all the municipalities. (65%) Road Density 0,089 Transportations Buses Mini-bus Passenger Jeep Tricycle Power Power service in the province comes from the Luzon Grid of the National Power Corporation and is being distributed by cooperatives and private electric companies. As of 1992, all municipalities are already provided with electric services covering some 490 brgys. And 134,968 households. Coverage at the barangay and household level is estimated at 97.30% and 90%, respectively Supply Water supply services are provided by Level I, II and III systems. As of January 1995,10 municipalities are being served by Level III system. These are the towns of Camiling, Concepcion, Gerona, Moncada, La Paz, Mayantoc, San Manuel, Paniqui, Tarlac and Victoria. San Manuel is the extension of Moncada Water District. These systems are collectively servicing approximately 16,291 households and these are found in rural areas. In line with the realization of the goal of increasing potable water coverage, a total of 230 systems shall be installed in an urban area of every town.
