AFFIDAVIT OF RETURN

F I am a citizen of India, and holder of Passport No. __________.

F I am granted admission into M.S. in Electrical Engineering at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, U.S.A.

F The cost of education for one academic year is US $16,135.00

F I am being sponsored by my Mother.

F I am applying for visa with earnest to the Consulate General of America to consider my bonafides and grant me visa to U.S.A.

F I shall be proceeding to U.S.A. with the sole aim of completing my academic course, where after I shall be required to return back to India and settle down in life. My educational qualification in U.S.A. is bound to enhance my career opportunities in India. I hereby declare to return to India immediately after completion of studies.

F In view of favorable financial conditions of my sponsor i.e., my mother, I am confident that I shall not have to face any financial difficulties during my stay in U.S.A.
