| A couple of my professors have been trying to convince me to go academic. I think that right now I am too much of a Streber to go that route, but it is something that might be nice to do when I am older and wiser. I don't particularly love research, but I am good at it. Here are my two most recent semester projects. One deals with the importance of operations for international firms. I wrote this last year for my intro level Operations Management class and it turned out pretty well. The second piece is a study of net welfare gain or loss due to international trade. I am writing it for World Trade and will try to get t published this spring. Consider this a sneak preview. It shows ways that decision makers can ensure that international trade can be beneficial to all parties. As always I appreciate any input that you can give me. |
