Great things were dug up at 'Farm Foofy' this year! Summer of 2002 was the begining of my first attempt at farming, and much to my surprise it turned out great! I usually kill plants...but out of everything I grew this year the only plants that did'nt work were the onions, cat nip, and cillantro! I had lots of plants that not only grew...but grew large!
This is what I grew this year: Broccli, Acorn Squash, Pumpkins, Carrotts, Green Beans, Radishs, Beats, Belle Pepper, Basil, regular Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Yellow Tomatoes, Yellow Pear Tomatoes, Garlic, Spearmint, Peppermint, Chives, Dillweed, Cuecumbers
Here is one plant I was really excited about, my Pumpkins! I had a total of four Pumpkins for Halloween produced. They turned out very well, two of them are quite large (pictures of them are later in the section) They are nicely rounded, with no flat spots...and they have a good orange colour!
Here are my Peppermint and my Spearamint Plants. I never can really remember which one is which.

On the left is my Basil plant, when my Mom gave me that plant it was only an inch tall, now even though I clip it constantly it gets over a foot tall!
And to the right is one of six Broccli plants. Not only were these not too difficult to grow, but they were freak'n tastey too! There's nothing like fresh Broccli covered in cheese!
Here is one of many, many Cuecumbers I produced! These little buggers were very yummy! Michele and I spent several days canning a bunch of pickles from this harvest. These grew pretty well, even now as we head into October they are still producing food!
Here is my Yellow Pear Tomatoe plant. These guys grew like crazy! My Mom told me it is hard to get the yellow tomatoes to produce, yet somehow, not only did they produce...they produced HUNDREDS (no joke) of little tomatoes! Michele and I just spent the other day canning a bunch of these.
