If you would like to color these pictures in paint, you should right click the picture, click copy and then paste it in paint. After that, you go to file- "save as"- "Save as type"- Monochrome Bitmap. Then you can just color and enjoy.
Please note that I scaned most these myself from my coloring books. Please give me credit if you insist on taking these for your website.
