This month, breakfast will be a little different than our past tours. Rotisserie Afair Catering will be at Glorietta Bay Park serving breakfast beginning at 7:30. The cost is $11.00 per person and payment needs to be in advance. Checks need to be received by Paul Hastings (address provided at bottom of page) no later than October 2nd. After October 2nd, call Paul's office to see if arrangements can still be made.
For the sake of convenience, corral passes will be handed out at the breakfast. If you do not plan on joining the tour at the park, please call the office so other arrangments may be made to pick up your passes. Ticket purchasing information will be avaliable at a later date; you will be notified via email when the information is avaliable. There are a limited number of passes, please call Paul's office if you wish to reserve one after the deadline.
The corral pass you'll receive at breakfast will be admission for your car only. Each person needs a ticket to get into the event, which are available in advance. Through TicketMaster outlets they are $15+surcharge. They are obtainable at the Holiday Bowl office for $15 as well. Their office is located at Qualcomm stadium, Gate A, go to security and they will further direct you. They ask that you pick up your tickets no later than the Thursday before the races. At the races there will also be someone selling tickets for $20 per person. Two day passes in advance are $20, and $30 at the gate.
Attending the breakfast is highly encouraged as it will provide the opportunity for everyone to drive in to the races together. Lets show everyone a great turnout from the Porsche Club of America, San Diego Region! If you will not be attending the breakfast, feel free to show up at 8:30 to join the tour driving in.
To reach Glorietta Bay Park, take the Hwy. 75 exit to Coronado off of I-5. Following Hwy. 75 you will reach Glorietta Bay Park. The Park is located a mile past Hotel Del, just past the Municipal Pool. Please refer to map below for a visual.
