Lasagna Recipe
This recipe was passed onto me by my mother-in- law.  It's my husbands favorite thing in the world.  This is more complicted than the other recipes but the time is well worth the wait.

1 LB. Ground Beef
1 Can Tomato (28 oz)
1 Can Tomato Paste (12 oz)
2 Teaspoon  Garlic Salt
1 1/2 Tespoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Basil
2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
3 Packages Grated Mozorella (or Monterey Jack 8 oz chunk and grate)
Lasagna Noodles

Brown Meat
Add Tomatoes and Break with a fork.

Stir Tomato Paste in Garlic Salt, Oregano, and Basil.
Heat to a Boiling, Reduce Heat and Simmer until like spagetti sauce.

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Stip together cottage cheese and 1/2 cup parmesan.

Set aside 1 cup meat sauce and 1/2 cup mazorella in pan.

Alternate Layers.

Spread meat, 1 cup meat sauce.

Top with the other 1/2 cup parmesan and then the mazorella.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
