This recipe is my Mother-In-Law's Recipe and it's great. This recipe will make 2 pies using regular pie crusts.
1 Cup Sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 3 eggs slightly beaten 1 stick of margarine 1 tsp. of vanilla 1 cup broken pecans (I use halves b/c the are prettier) Pie Crusts
Mix it all up and pour into the Pie crusts. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Check on it in 35 just incase your oven cooks fast. |
