| FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE RULES (there are no links on this page so hit "previous page" to access other links) I. THE DRAFT The order of the draft will be determined by drawing a number from a hat. The draft number will also be your team number on the schedule for the remainder of the season. The order of the draft will be as follows: #1 through #8 #8 through #1 #1 through #8 And so on until the draft is complete An owner may trade the rights to his draft position at any time before the first selection of the draft is made. The draft shall consist of 17 rounds of player selections. At the conclusion of the 12th round each team must consist of the following players: two (2) quarterbacks, three (3) running backs, three (3) wide receivers, one (1) tight end, and one (1) kicker. This rule will be strictly enforced. Violation of the rule will result in a $10.00 fine. Each team will have three (3) minutes to make a draft selection in the 1st through 7th rounds. Each team will have two (2) minutes to make a draft selection after the 7th round. Each player selected in the draft must be played at the position he was drafted. (i.e. if you drafted Cordell Stewart as a quarterback you cannot play him as a wide receiver). Any discrepancies must be brought to the Commissioner immediately for a ruling. At the completion of the draft each team will consist of: quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, tight ends, kickers, a defense and a coach. II. SUPPLEMENTARY DRAFTS There will be one (2) supplementary drafts. They will be held after the 4th, 8th and 12th week of the season, the exact date will be determined at the draft. The supplemental draft will consist of two (2) rounds of selections. The order for the draft will be last to first place for both rounds, in all drafts. To make a selection in the supplemental draft a player currently on your roster will need to be cut. Drafting in the supplemental draft is optional. Each individual owner determines if they want to participate in the draft. Each pick in the supplemental draft will cost the owner $5.00 III. WAIVERS If a team loses all of its players at one (1) position due to injury, (i.e. if all of your quarterbacks are placed on the injured reserve list) he may select one (1) non-roster player at that position to fill the void. If you pick someone up on waivers you must cut someone from your current roster. To add depth to the position that was depleted by injury the owner can trade with other teams or make selections in the supplemental draft. All players picked up on waivers will cost an owner $5.00 per player. IV. TRADES All trades are to involve players currently on your roster. Trades must be made on a 1 for 1 basis only. The trade is completed once it is reported to the Commissioner. The players involved in a trade cannot be traded back to there original teams. Trades involving cash or any other type of collusion will not be tolerated. If it is determined that an illegal trade was made the players involved in the trade will be returned to their original teams and each owner will be FINED $10.00. Each trade will cost $1.00 per week into the season (i.e. in week three the cost is $3.00 per owner but in week 12 it is $12.00) per owner, and if agreed upon one (1) owner may pay for both sides of the trade (i.e. for the other owner). THE TRADING DEADLINE WILL BE END OF THE 12TH WEEK OF THE NFL SCHEDULE. All trades must be reported to the Commissioner by the end of the week 12 Monday night football game. V. ACTIVATION You will play a total of nine (9) players per week. Game day activation will consist of seven (7) position players, one (1) defense and one (1) coach. The starting line-up must consist of the following: one (1) quarterback, one (1) running back, one (1) wide receiver, one (1) tight end, one (1) kicker, one (1) defense and one (1) coach. In addition to these seven (7) players, you will have two offensive flex players. These two (2) players can be any combination of running backs or wide receivers. For example your two offensive flex can be (2) running backs, or two (2) wide receivers, or one (1) of each. All active rosters must be exchanged by 11:45 A.M. on Sunday. If any of your players have a game that takes place before Sunday (i.e. Thursday night football) you must call your opponent prior to the start of the game and inform him of the person(s) you will be playing. You do not have to exchange your whole team on that day, just those players that you will be playing for that week. You must exchange your roster with your opponent every week even if you will be playing the same roster as the previous week. ANY OWNER WHO DOES NOT EXCHANGE HIS TEAM WITH HIS OPPONENT BEFORE SUNDAY AT 11:45 A.M. WILL BE FINED $5.00. NO EXCUSES WILL BE TOLERATED. If you will be out of town or incapacitated exchange your rosters early. Any owner who does not give his opponent his roster by the first game kickoff, his roster from the previous week will be used automatically and there will be a $10.00 fine. VI. EXCHANGING ROSTERS There are two (2) ways in which to exchange rosters with your opponent. The first way is to call your opponent and give them your line-up. This way you can get your opponents roster at the same time. A second way is to e-mail your opponent. You may do this only if your opponent has access to an e-mail account on a regular basis. You must send the e-mail by 11:45 A.M. on SUNDAY! NO EXECPTIONS! If you are calling your team in and cannot get a hold of your opponent you must call your team in to the Commissioner by 11:45 A.M. In this case you may leave your team on your opponents answering machine. In the event that your opponent fails to call in his team before that deadline, you may obtain his roster for the current week by calling the owner of the team your opponent played the previous week, or you can call the Commissioner and ask them to do it for you. Remember there will be a $10.00 fine for each week you do not exchange your roster. VII. SCORING OFFENSE TOUCHDOWN PASS 6 pts. PASSER TOUCHDOWN RECEPTION 6pts. RECEIVER TOUCHDOWN RUN 6 pts.
