Both the abstracts and papers should be Microsoft Word Documents, which should be sent electronically by e-mail. The preferred format for abstracts and papers is single spaced, Time New Roman font size 12. Abstracts should not exceed 500 words and working papers should be generally NOT longer than 10 pages. ALL non-text items in the paper (diagrams. graphs, etc.) MUST also be sent in separate files with a clear indication of what software is being used. Please note that abstracts can only be included in the program book if received from participants who have already registered for the conference and have paid the conference fee.
