This page is being developed in order to suppliment my students' lessons and to provide a resource for students, parents, and fellow stringed instrument enthusiasts.

I have been a student of the violin for over thirty-five years.  I began studying the violin in the third grade at Hawthorne Park Elementary School in Willingboro, New Jersey.  When my family moved to Cherry Hill, I continued learning to play the violin at Stockton Elementary School, Beck Middle School, and Cherry Hill High School East.  I was involved in all aspects of the Cherry Hill Music Department, as well as being a member of the All South Jersey, All State, and Philadelphia Youth Orchestras.  I was accepted to the New England Conservatory of Music and spent four challenging and rewarding years in Boston, Massachusetts graduating with a Degree in Violin Performance.  I then studied at Rowan University and earned my New Jersey State Teaching Degree.  From 1990 - 2000, I was the Stringed Instrument Specialist for the Willingboro Public School District.

It is now my honor and privilege to be the Stringed Instrument Teacher for Van Zant, Beeler, and Rice Elementary Schools in Evesham Township, New Jersey.

I maintain an active performing schedule and believe that it is important to "practice what you preach."  I am a member of the Garden State Philharmonic, the Trenton Symphony Orchestra, the Delaware Valley Philharmonic, and the Bay Atlantic Symphony Orchestra.  I also perform in a violin duo, a string quartet, and play jazz violin with my band, Mad Nomad.

I am very happily married and my wife and I are the proud parents of an eleven year old daughter.

The violin has been a constant source of inspiration and joy in my life and I am thankful that I am able to share my love of music with my students.
