I had been glad to see Gabby and Cate’s caring sides. After the whole blackmail thing, I had begun to think that maybe they weren’t the right type of friends for me. Now I saw that they weren’t naturally cold-hearted people. They were actually kinda sweet and thoughtful. Lol, they just had their bad moments. I was interested to see how Chris would react to Gabby. *+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+* After our short bathroom trip, the three of us walked back onto the dance floor. Haha, we were ready now. A slow song had just begun, so we quickly scrambled over to our loyal men, who were patiently waiting for us. When Gabby asked, Chris said yes that he’d like to dance. Cate slipped in with Greg, and I snuck in with Jesse. I dunno what happened to Frankie, but I figured that he was off dancing with another girl sumwhere else. Eva and Chrysta were dancing with their same partners as before. Ugh! What was up between Ryan and Eva? Were they an item or sumthing now? I mean, I knew that he liked her, but did Eva like him back? I wished I knew! Jesse- *whisperin’ into my ear* “Gabby and Chris? What did Cate say to this?” Me- *whispering back* “lol, Yeah, I know! It was really weird. Cate had even suggested it!” Jesse- “Well I’m glad that they worked sumthing out…While u guys were gone, I was talking to Chris.” Me- “Really? What did he say?” Jesse- “Well, it seems to me as though he’s kinda jealous of Ryan & Eva…I don’t think that he was planning on having Eva get over him so quickly, haha…” Me- “Why? Does he wanna go back out with her?” Jesse- “I dunno, he was being sorta strange. He was like talking to me and thinking out loud to himself at the same time. I think that he was having sum mixed feelings about it. He sorta wants just Eva, ya know? But then again, he doesn’t wanna have to chase after her if she likes another guy.” Me- “Is Eva going out with Ryan or what?” Jesse- “dunno. Don’t think so tho…but w/ the way things are going it wouldn’t really surprise me if they were by the end of the night.” Me- “lol, Ryan’s a nice guy, I like him.” Jesse- “Hey! That’s not allowed! U can’t go and start likin’ him too! He may be one of my best buds, but the boy can’t have both me and Chris’ girlfriends…not happening!” Me- “I was only joking, don’t worry butthead! I only like-like you!” Jesse- *surprised* “Butthead?” Me- “Hehe, I took Timmy’s nickname!” Jesse- *laughing* “Hey! That wasn’t funny! *starts tickling my sides* Me- “No, no don’t! I’m wayy too ticklish! Ah! Stop! Jesse! *breaking down laughing* Jesse- “OoOoooh? So u are, are ya?” *starts tickling harder* Me- *by now shrieking with laughter* “No! No there! Jesssssssssse!” *Jesse finally stops as I almost collapse from laughing so hard* Jesse- *catching me from falling* “hehe, that was fun! Now I know what to use against u!” Me- *catching my breath again* “Well I hope ure satisfied now!” *We both smile and then start to laugh all over again* All the sudden I hear the song “Imma Slave 4 U” come on, and see Greg’s face light up. Greg- *loudly* “Ahhhhh! It’s Britney! I love this song!!!!!!!!” Matt- *watching people stare at Greg* “I think that everyone else here knows that too…….” Greg- “Ah, coo! U wanna dance Cate?” Cate- “Uh, okay?” *Greg takes Cate by the hand and starts going all funky with his dance moves…Cate finds it amusing and joins in with his ditzyness.* Jesse, me, and everyone else watch with confused faces as a big circle of people crowd in and the two get pushed into the center of it. Gabby- *in a whisper to Chris* “What are Junior and Cate doin’?” Chris- “I think they’ve completely lost it…” Gabby- “Shall we join them?” Chris- “okay……” *Chris and Gabby start laughing and join in with Greg n Cate* Chrysta- “OH, oh! I wanna grind with them too!! Can we pweez Matt???!” Matt- “Looks like sum kind of a contest is forming here…..let’s beat them out!” Chrysta- “k, I’m in!” *Chrysta and Matt jump into the center of the crowd too* Me- “Well…….??” Jesse- “U KNOW we gotta beat them now! Come on!” *Jesse and I quickly step into the circle with the rest of our friends* While all this was happening, I still couldn’t figure it out…Where was Frankie? I had been having too much fun b4 to notice his absence. Now that I had it on my mind, I became kinda curious…..He couldn’t be…………Nah! Not our Frankie-ee-G…..? After a few more songs I was getting to be very suspicious. Frankie was still gone. I didn’t think that he was on the club dance floor nemore because I couldn’t see him newhere…when I finally told Jesse, he said that he had also been thinking about this. We both decided to take a break to go look for him. We were about to ask Chris and Gabby for sum help, but then saw them making out in a corner and decided that we best leave them alone. Instead, we asked Matt and Chrysta to come with us. Chrysta- “Okay, so Frankie is the one with the spikes, right?” Jesse- “Uh-huh, but the one without sunglasses.” Matt- “Yeah, and the one with the big goofy monkey smile.” Chrysta- “ooooooooh.” Me- “So, u guys know Frankie better than we do, what do YOU think he’s doing?” *Matt and Jesse turn to each other and both exchange worried looks* Matt- “U guys, I think we better search faster…..b4 nething bad happens!……..” Jesse- “good idea…..maybe we should split up to cover more ground…I’ll go this way.” *points to the left* Matt- “okay, and then I’ll go the opposite way.” Chrysta- “But what about me? How will I know ive found him if I barely know him?” Me- “I atleast know Frankie’s appearance, so I’ll come with u Chrysta…” Chrysta- “okey dokey….lets split…” Jesse- “If ne of us find him let’s meet back @ the punch table, ok?” *we all agree and walk away* Chrysta- *heading towards the restrooms to search* “So Val, Matt told me that u just moved here to Westchester, right?” Me- “Yeah…..but it seems like so much has happened within the past week……It’s definitely been cool.” Chrysta- “lol, so how did and Jesse meet up? R u two going out already?” Me- “Haha, yup! We met on my first day of school here, which was…two days ago! Whoa……it seems like its been longer….” Chrysta- “Yeah! I think I know what u mean. Matt and I have only been together for a couple of days too…but it seems as though I’ve known him like, forever! He’s like, a long-lost brother or sumthing….*pauses* a HOTT long-lost brother!” Me- “I still can’t believe that the two of them, and Greg, Frankie, and Chris are all in a boyband together! Have u seen them perform before?” Chrysta- “Well Matt sang this song called “Hooked on You” when he first asked me out….but the other 4 guys hadn’t been around.” Me- “No kidding? Haha, Jesse did like the same for me 2!” Chrysta- “really? He danced too?” Me- *nodding* “uh-huh! Lol, that’s kinda lame…..” Chrysta- “But hey, it worked, didn’t it?” *we both start laughing* Me- *changing the subject* “Hey! Look over there!” Chrysta- “Do u think thats….?” Me- “dunno, lets check it out….” *we both hurry over to catch the action* |
