      This inclues: General Trip Information (leader, dates, type), Trip Copy (blurb that goes in the Sierran), Location Details, Marketing Details (keyword information for searches on trips web site), Staff Information, Permit Information (see Permits), Budget Information

     1 oz. each of nuts, crackers, cheese per participant per happy hour.
     1 oz. of veggies 1 bottle of wine per 10 participants
     1 six pack of beer per 10 participants
     (1 oz./person for 15 people = 1 pound.)

     Peter at CTL has a "Special Use" Permit for Tahoe National Forest.
     
     Permits are required for Mt. Rose in the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest and the Rubicon Trail in D.L. Bliss and Emerald Bay State Park.
     In the past we have used the Eagle Lake trail behind Emerald Bay at Lake Tahoe which is in the Desolation Wilderness in Eldorado Forest, but they are not issuing commercial permits for this area any more.

Medical Conditions of participants
Have included diabetics on insuline pumps, and people with alergies to bee stings who carry their own Epi-Pen. See EpiPen - Anaphylactic Shock page.
Medical kits are available at CTL (sweeps for long and short trips should have them.)
