We dream the
Impossible dream….
Imagine there’s no heaven
No hell below us
Imagine there’s no
steeples
And all the people
living life in
peace
Imagine there’s no country
Nothing to kill or
die for
Imagine no
possessions
No need for greed
or hunger;
A brotherhood of
man
to right the
unrightable wrong
to love pure and
chaste
this alone is our quest
We shall follow that
star…
and no matter how
hopeless
and no matter how far
to lay down our
swords and not fight
To us.. this is the
only right
Some may say we are
dreaming
but we aren’t the the
only ones
Someday all will join
us
and the world will
live as one
We know if we only be
true
to to this glorious
quest
not failing our test
then our hearts will be peaceful and calm
when we lay to
our rest
the world will be
better and blessed
