Did you ever in life have a bad day?
No matter what you try to do, things just don’t go your way.
I can call on her and it never takes long.
She can hear in my voice when something is wrong.
She listens and does not judge. How can she be so smart?
The advise she gives me, comes straight from her heart.
She always seems to know just what to do,
when I am down and out, and haven’t got a clue.
She has just got a way of making it right,
giving me a hug, and holding me tight.
Then off she will send me, along with her love.
She is a gift given to me, from the man above.
Of course now you know, she is my mother.
This wonderful woman, could be no other.
