| Duckees Grove Shelties was specifically started with the intention of raising and showing properly socialized shelties. Temperment, genetic testing, breed preservation, and Championship blood lines are our top priority. We keep our number small, 8 - 10 dogs at any given time, to enable proper handling, testing, training and medical treatment for all the dogs and pups. We DO NOT sell our dogs to Pet Shops or any such affilitation, and we do not associate with any known Puppy Mils. Our vet is our biggest supporter ( or are we hers! ). There are no kennels here, our dogs share the entire house with us .....and I have the dog hair to prove it! My husband Bob is a semi-retired Congregational Minister, and I am a self employed accountant/CPA. We own and manage over 20 rental properties in our spare time as well. Our dogs have now become our new career and we are loving every moment of it and it only gets better.
