Here are two recipes for Stuffing.



Ducky's Stuffing

You will need:
Large Mixing Bowl
2 Skillets (1 will do)
Casserole Dish

Ingredients:
1lb Hamburg
1lb Ground Pork
1 box Stove Top Turkey Stuffing
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Bell's Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Nut Meg

Preparations:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare Boxed Stuffing per directions and set aside

Step One
Over Medium Heat Cook Hamburg thoroughly, drain and set aside

Step Two
Over Medium Heat Cook Ground Pork thoroughly, drain and set aside

Step Three
In Large Bowl combine Hamburg, Pork, Stuffing and all Spices.

Step Four
Spread stuffing evenly in Casserole dish. Place in Pre-heated Oven until top is browned


French Stuffing

What you need:
Large Skillet Large Bowl
Small Casserole Dish

Ingredients:

1lb Hamburg
2 Cups Mashed Potato
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Bell's Seasoning

Preparations:

Prepare *Mashed Potatoes and set aside
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

*Note- I would recomend using fresh Potatoes(about 8-10)

Ingredients:

Step One
In a Skillet over Medium-High heat cook Hamburg thoroughly, drain and place in Large Bowl

Step Two
Incorporate mashed potatoes and seasonings

Step Three Option 1 - Use it to stuff your Turkey
Option 2 - Place mixture in Casserole Dish and place in oven until top is browned.
