From now on all Duff McKagan News will be
posted on the new Duff McKagan forum!
Bassist G. Stewart Dahlquist is no longer with Loaded.
According to his own statements he was fired from the band by Duff McKagan.
No reason has been given by Dahlquist or McKagan at this time.
It is now confirmed by Slash that he, along with fellow former GN'R members; Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum are currently working on a project together. They have not yet settled on a singer for the band and are aparently accepting demos.
The gig at the Viper Room schelduled for today was cancelled.
The club will be closed tonight for unknown reasons.
Loaded is booked to play at the Viper Room
in West Hollywood, CA on Sept. 11th, '02.

"Could it be you? Could it be true?" Rumors fly across the internet among McKagan fans that Duff has been rehearsing with former Guns N' Roses band mates Slash and Matt Sorum and that they are looking for a singer. Just a suggestion guys but why not just have Duff sing the material? Most of us would rather hear him sing than the oh-so-pampered Axl Rose anyhow. Other ideas: how about Sebastian Bach? Sure he just signed up to star in "Jesus Christ Superstar" but maybe something could be worked around that. Plus J.C.S. won't be going on forever. Could we start a petition on this? Fans, what do you think?
