3 and 5 Day W/O Plans!
1.  Try to Eat 6 meals each day.  Don't worry, continue to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  Cut back on the portion sizes and add a snack 2 to 3 hours after each meal.

2.  Consume protein, carbohydrates, and fats with each meal.

3.  It is important to eat within one (1) hour after each W/O to prevent muscle breakdown. 

4.  Eat one gram of protein for each pound of body weight every day.

1.  In the beginning keep it simple; focus on legs, back, chest, and stomach.  These are your major muscle groups.  They will burn the most calories when used.  The arms and shoulders as well as the wight loss will come. 

2.  Eat a complete meal 90 minutes before your Workout.

3.  Do not overtrain.

4.  It is important to eat within one (1) hour after each W/O to prevent muscle breakdown.
