| The Christ Child |

| This is the day that Christ was born So many years ago. It's written in the Bible So all the world will know. That on this day our Savior came To save us from our sin. But there were men who wouldn't believe They even hated Him. So on a cross He was crucified And suffered great pain too. Even then He said "forgive them" For they know not what they do. So on this day we should all Celebrate His birth. And recognize Him as our King The ruler of heaven and earth. By R.R.L. November 24, 2000 |
