Cooking Techniques
Being as I'm not an expert I can't begin to give expert advice. Just what
I've learned how to do, and short cuts if I know of any.
- Cooking Candy-hardball, soft ball stages
- High Altitude cooking- we are at 4400 feet, so high altitude cooking is
a must.
- Humidity
- Beating, whipping, and blending
- Chopping and cutting
- Carving (ie turkey)
