If you'd like to follow along with me then you're welcome to do so. I'm not exactly PROUD of my measurements, but I'll risk my self embarassment to help people see progress and join along with me. Sometimes things are easier when you have someone to do it with!
Started: 1/8/02 Pants-size 10 to 12, Shirt-size M to L **GOAL: pant size 6-8, shirt size M**
My program includes 30-40 minutes of cardio a day. That is 20 minutes on the cross trainer and 18 minutes on the treadmill. It also includes weight lifting every other day. It also includes counting calories and trying to keep 300-500 under my daily calorie burn.
