The City of Durham and Durham County, NC join 324 municipalities and 4 states in adopting a resolution defending the Bill of Rights!

·        On 9/22/03, the Durham County Commissioners unanimously approved a resolution defending the Bill of Rights and voicing concern about certain provisions of the Patriot Act.
