summer '04

Jer and I moved into our apartment yesterday, with the help of Dieck, Matt, Travis, Laura, and my dad.  It went so fast and was fun, even though it poured rain. Now we're unpacking and putting the entertainment center together. I also finished my dreds today. (6/04)

Jer  works across the street from my old highschool and I work at the church at the corner! The drive is only 5-10 minutes from our apartment. How perfect is that!? At work I have my own classroom and 4 kids, they are the cutest, I'm sad that they are moving up in the fall. I got to watch 3 of them take their first steps in my classroom, its so amazing! I wont be putting their pics online but believe me they are the cutest one year olds youve ever seen :) Anyway, Im going to have to give up my classroom when i become part time (school starts the 30th) which is ok cause all my creepy crawlers are moving up to the pre toddler room anyway. Im not looking forward to work and school though. A change is nice but i hate writing papers and studying. Speaking of not wanting to start school, we went on our end of the summer vacation to Virginia and had a blast. (7'04)

Oh and I decided I am getting a snowboard pass this season, so Im super pumped already. Maybe I'll even meet up with Eric and learn some stuff. It would be nice to get the same old crew back together! Wonder what everyone is up to.... Tess will be driving in the winter! So we can both get passes and go boarding all the time! Ohhh I cant wait! :) And I also decided next summer I am going to Europe and I am going to either take classes or try to work and stay the summer, hopefully moving a few times while I'm there so I can practice my spanish and german and italian (the last 2 I only took for a year and I forget them :/) Plus this will help me decide if I wanna stay in States or not, so Jeremy can decide if he wants to propose or not. :P Speaking of proposals, Tasha and Adam are engaged! The engagement party rocked, they have it all on video, and they are both catches and are very lucky to have found eachother :) Ok time for work. And Chris and Mom and Tom are hanging out in Costa Rica. No fair. :P Here's a picture heather gave me from when we went to the shore and got lost in Asbury park twice, on the way to the shore. ...The same night we bumped into Mr.Nedelka and his son, and he thought we were lesbians cause we would rather go hang out on the beach at night and do eachothers hair instead of get ice cream and hit the arcade with Nedelka and his son. Hence the braids.
