The big yellow boat up there is the Metro. It's the bus and the subway. |
This is about as wide as the streets got. Foot traffic only. No cars and I don't recall any scooters, either. Venice is really quiet. Very tranquil. |

The piazza de San Marco is famous for it's namesake cathedral as well as the INCREDIBLE amount of pigeons that live there, eating corn kernels from the hands of tourists. I'd never do this in L.A., but for some reason, it seemed neat here. |

As the sun set on the Venice docks, Jess and I realized our tour was over. From here on out it was going to be trains and rushing and flying back to the U.S. We took six cameras worth of pictures and I just put the highlights here. I hope this was educational at least and fun at best. Thanks for checking it out. |
