I picked this place because of the amount of rooms available, location, and amenities being offered which best suited our group. It is a bit higher priced than last year, but again, the amenities make up for it. I am going to list each and every room type available as there are two price levels. When you call to make your reservation, the owner, Jimmy, can help you based on the size of the room you need. All prices are based on double occupancy and there is a charge of $10.00 per day, per child (over 2 years old). Therefore, my suggestion is this:  in order to have everyone paying around the same amount, those with the most children should take rooms on the 1st floor,if available and if the space works for you.
