These are pictures from Dwnlow91's 2nd Generation Integra and Manuel's (OLD) and (NEW) Project Civic. I call these my project cars because I have had some involvement in the modifications peformed on both cars. Below are pictures taken over the past year. Just until recently I decided to make changes on my G2 Integra. I wanted the extra speed and look. In order to accomplish that, I did what I had to do. It was to get rid of those ugly Integra wheels that came standard on my 1991 Acura Integra LS Special Edition. I swapped those nasty looking Integra wheels for some nice looking 95 GSR wheels, wrapped by 205/50/15 Cooper Cobra GT tires. The next thing I did was lower my ride on Neuspeed Sport Springs. Although, the drop wasn't too much, it did get rid of my oversized wheel gap. Not only did the springs lower my ride, but they also improved handling and cornering, plus the ride feels very comfortable, unlike those other drops that create an uncomfortable ride. To increase the horsepower I added an AEM Cold Air Intake, swapped the stock exhaust with a Sebring Tuning Catback Exhaust system with dual 3" 304 stainless steel tips, advanced my timing and changed the stock spark plug wires to Neuspeed spark plug wires. On the exterior I rewired my front bumper turn signals to stay on and blink when parking lights are engaged. I have also updated my front bumper by converting my 1991 to a 1992-93 front bumper, and I have put a set of JDM one piece headlights. On the interior side, I needed some sounds so I got rid of my stock stereo and speakers. I added a Clarion Pro-AudioTape Head unit with a 6 disc CD changer. Up front I added 5.25" Polk Audio components, and on the rear some 6.5" Alpine coaxial speakers. In the Cargo trunk space is my 12" Rockford Fosgate Punch XLC Subwoofer in an enclosed sealed box. Powering the system is an Alpine V12 4 channel amp. Just for fun I borrowed my friend's 1999-00 GSR rims. I just installed a polished Neuspeed Strut Tie Bar.
