How to Set up WebJal

Thanks to Tecknidude for information.

I assume no responsibility for what happens if you  screw up doing this. If you have already installed WebJal and the patch only  do steps 2 through 5.  Download and install WebJal I am not providing this, you must get it    from somewhere else. This currently is only tested with WebJal versions 01.01.02    and 01.01.03 Press Start Menu-> Run and enter this command: Windows XP/2000    and up: notepad    "%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" Windows    95/98/ME: notepad "C:\WINDOWS\HOSTS" then Press OK

Delete any line that has idenupdate.motorola.com in it.    Add this line to the bottom: 66.197.153.197    idenupdate.motorola.com

Save and close notepad    Download this file: Webjal.TekniDude.cer Right-click the file once you downloaded it and select Install    Certificate

Keep clicking Next until it completes.

Download and run this file: Webjal.TekniDude.reg

Open up WebJal and have fun. Username: webjal Leave password    blank.

If webjal still doesn't connect using USB, you will need to download and install the USB Drivers from IDEN.  Use this Link     USB Drivers After installation of the USB Drivers, try to start Webjal and login.  Switch to USB connection and webjal should work.
