The following damage was sustained as result of collision with DMS-20: sheared off port quarter on an angle of approximately24 degrees from frame eighty five to the after end of the fore and aft line, taking off rudder, port screw, depth charge rack with four depth charges, one fifty caliber machine gun, and most of loose gear in after hold and reel well hold.
