Who am I?
My parents call me Jasmine, which is my first name and Rock my last name. When I was little I did not like my name at all. I always wanted to change it. As I grew up people are always telling me that I had a pretty name and if knew there is a flower name Jasmine. Since I get many compliments for my name now I like and I feel proud of it. I was born in Haiti. This country is located in central America. I have four brothers and three sisters among those I am the youngest one. My parents left Haiti since I was five. I grew up with my brothers and my sisters. We all got along and we love each others the same way.
I came in United States on December 1996. When I came here I had many problems to get adapted with the new culture. My biggest problem was with the new language. It took several months to understand and to speak the new language which is English. Even now I 'm able to understand and speak I still have the accent. This does not bothering very much because it is always going be the same way for anyone who studies a foreign language. The only way that person would probably won't have an accent is if he or she learns this language since he or she was child. Then , a child brain is more flexible than an adult. Anyway, that's the way it always comes.
I'm a black female, weigh 147 pounds and height 5.5 inches. I' m twenty one close to twenty-two. I went in high school for two years and half over here. Before I came in United States I was in my last year of high school. Now, I am a freshman at ABAC. I have not decide yet, what I will major. By next semester I would probably know what I will do.
I live a normal life like everyone else. I like to have fun, go to movies, play sport, watching TV and read sometimes I also like nature. I guess that is all about me.
