The Confederate States of America
A Nation of Honor
History To Be Remembered,
Properly
I've got to tell y'all, I've about had it with all the "Wahoo's" that are running around the country, trying to make an issue of our nation's history, usually without even knowing any of that history.  If you've come to this page to "yuk it up", or see something by a "red-neck", please go somewhere else.  It isn't here!

The background on this page, and any other pages I might make concerning this subject, is a rendition of the battle flag of the Confederacy - of a time nearly 150 years ago.  It is nothing more.

It is NOT a symbol of hate!
It is NOT a "cause celeb"!

It IS part of our history.

And, there's more to it.  The Confederacy was a nation.  It was formed by a people, a way of life that was fighting for its survival - peacefully at first, forcefully eventually.
Before I go any further with this, let's get the "particulars" out of the way.

ALL graphics and backgrounds for this page and its related pages were downloaded from other websites.  The opinions are mine!  The history is real!  The deaths, many 10's of thousands of them, really happened.

The purpose of this page is to honor those who died, on both sides, nearly 150 years ago, and to tell it like it really is, not as some revisionist entity would have you believe.
Regulation battle flag of the CSA
This is the flag that, over quite a bit of my life, has been waved by every evil racist group (black, white, purple, it doesn't matter) to become a "symbol" of hatred.

It ain't that, folks!

Quite a few others have put it a lot better than I ever could, what this flag, and the other flags of the Confederacy are really about.  One of the best I've found is found at this location:

Other flags of the Confederacy are shown by clicking on the 'battle flag' below:
